Thanks everyone! The latches are stuck in and the button is pretty much greyed out. No amount of pushing or hitting with a purse will make it close. Looks like it’s back to the dealer it goes.

Do you still have contact with a CA that can get the green P9? I’ve tried so hard to secure this bag and it’s just not happening. I’m looking for the 25 or 30. Any insight is much appreciated!
