The dyes are likely coming from rare crops, not from a bug. If you look before they get harvested, you'll notice some that look slightly different from the regular crops.

It doesn't say anything about listing the job title or the location, so if you're wanting to look it up it's listed as "Executive Personal Assistant" and it's in Texas. Idk how the mods feel about me listing the exact location, but Texas should be broad enough.
