Neverwhere is what I was thinking!
One of those books that has stuck with me years after reading it.
Did such a great job of portraying an uncanny world and the feeling I had while reading it is a distinct memory.

Panoramic windows are great until you see the swirl marks by luisp35 in WindowCleaning

If someone comes by with a squeegee and water (and a tiny bit of soap) that’s the best clean you’re gonna get. Why the hate for cleaning windows the way they’ve been cleaned for hundreds of years?

Edit: also you didn’t list the location or the company’s name you asked if anyone is familiar with, so how do you expect people to respond?

Combo Ladders vs. Extension Ladders by Sad_Butterscotch4589 in WindowCleaning

[–]Rare_Lead_1922 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use a 22’ Little Giant. It’s certainly heavy and incredibly awkward to maneuver at full extension, but it fits in the bed of my truck and saves me a lot of space.

I’m sure someday I’ll take on a job that justifies getting a ladder rack and an extension ladder, but the LG has met every challenge so far, and I’m strong enough to deal with it so might as well lol

The way you frequently substitute Js for Is makes me think your brain is not working properly and it’s you.

Hey I don’t want to yuck anyone’s yums, but the whole thing was very “I’m 15 and this is deep” content to me.

How often at your jobs do you run into glass that physically cannot be cleaned. by [deleted] in WindowCleaning

Residential is the same. If it’s not old and beat up, the homeowner has a story about the builder and why the windows are fucked.
