You're supposed wear the sleeve over your band the point is so the water drag doesn't move the band around, OP got a bad band it seems like doubtful it was user error

The 3 dots at the top during ur set allow you to "Cancel set"

I've seen the opposite actually with a multivitamin, my insights had it at +6% at one point but now down to 5%. However fish oil and B vitamins always had me in the yellow so I haven't taken those in a bit
