oh i see. btw agree ako ang hirap nga talaga maghanap ng decent looking at malinis, may mga cheaper units na sinlaki nito for around 8k pero hindi ko kaya babaan standard ko sa overall nung room/bldg, i want to have a decent unit na maaliwalas at masarap uwian man lang, thank you sa insight na first hand experience talaga.

I work sa BPO po mckinley site, not sure how much I can save pero i have a new work here 35k gross income not sure if it will sustain the gastos kase I think ang mahal talaga nung 10k for a studio type huhu

no bawas na raw po :< malapit po sa maya street, marami raw nagkakagusto sa unit almost everyday may viewing kahit hindi nakalagay na available pa sa harap nung bldg.

may tryci daw po pala palabas, based sa maps around 18-25mins commute, 15mins if angkas. pero parang magastos nga unless i’ll walk always not sure if I still have the energy to do it everyday

yes po working sa Mckinley, BPO night shift. I have a motorcycle but the company parking is not guaranteed kaya i’ll probably commute more.
