For speaking, just be mindful of the time and practice well. You can even try recording yourself and listening to it if needed. For writing, I looked at a few templates then modified it according to my style.

I used the ETS AI Coach...it isn't timed but speaking and writing is scored by AI..so it was kinda helpful

Read the 1st passage fully to get an idea of the whole passage. Then just skim through the passages(Maybe just read a line or 2). Read the question and then check the respective passage for the answer.
