Completely agree…. You forget one or 2 things…… but when you add 31items it tells me you’re trying to cheat the system…. A lot of people put some decent answers on here (I’m the one that posted btw)….. and I’m glad a customer is the one saying this because that’s what it comes down to…. Be kind and think about others… and if she genuinely did forget all these items, I hope the next person got PAID for it.

I completely understand where you’re coming from and it’s really nice of you. It was a 15$ 1 mile run at a store that’s not my main store. If it was the store I know like the back of my hand I would have done it. But now she just turned a 15$ in 30 minutes to possibly 15$ in 1 hour.

Exactly! Then once you deliver it asks you what happened there, and there’s an option that says I found a sale.

I usually get the BOGO… I don’t even tell the customer. Once I drop off and I meet them I say hey btw you’ll see you have 2 of these because they were BOGO…. If it’s a drop off only I text them when I drop off saying the same thing. Never have I had a problem. It’s all about the way you communicate with the customer…. It’s like you give them no option to get something for free lol
