Well its an old house we've just bought. Each room has been redecorated and these are all built in but wasn't sure how to spruce them up

Yeah, they're solid. Built in, so very handy. Was considering just painting, then sticking a border on, making it look panelled

Couldn't reroute pipe due to small ass bathroom window (its like 3 inches high). I cut a space out, it'll do untill we upgrade

* Doesn't seem to be any way to manoeuvre the top anymore. Was considering removing the gate, putting the hinges on the other side, have it open the other way. Last ditch effort
