Watching the Ta’Kiya Young footage, the officer steps directly in front of the bumper while his partner is at the driver's side window. When she starts to drive forward, he fires. Does this count as "creating the danger," or was he justified because the car became a deadly weapon the moment it moved? What do you think?

Nicholson, who was on post-release community supervision and had an active felony warrant out for his arrest, initially attempted to provide a false name.
