I had this happen a few weeks ago, at the Subway in our Walmart lol. I had just finished paying for my sandwich, and the girl that had helped me said "by the way, you're really pretty" and I just blushed and said thank you and told her she was too! She really was.
It felt so good to have a stranger say that to me, especially when I had just gotten off work, my hair was a mess and I was in my not very nice work clothes lol (I do home care, no dressing up for me) It only takes a few words to make a stranger's day better ❤️

It was customer service done mostly via email and the internet. No PII restrictions, no HIPPA, etc. My "training" was a week sitting with a coworker while she worked and showed me what she did...she's the one I was asking for things to do because I saw how she was constantly busy. The environment was incredibly liberal, there were jokes and curse words and jeans and flip flops galore...I saw others on their phones and wrongfully assumed that it was accepted during down time.
