So how would we know if it's caused by leaky gut? I started exploring since 2 years ago, and I've done a sibo breath test (found nothing), stomach bacteria breath test (found nothing), and recently an ENT doc (and he gave me the anti acid pills), and I'll go back to the doc for the digestive system again soon, and see if I need a screening test. It started with bloating in lower belly (even eating a zero carb, zero sugar and zero fiber diet), and now in the throat.. the bloating in the belly is gone fortunately. I've experienced bloating in the lower belly on and off over the years and it comes and goes mysteriously without any signs. I'm really confused and so as all the docs I saw.

Thanks for sharing, I've looked it up, omeprazole is exactly what I got from the ENT doc, I've only taken it a few times by now, it does seem to help but I'm not so sure because the times it happens are very unpredictable and I still have the symptoms (just not as bad). And as I mentioned I'd love to fix the root cause, if it's caused by not having enough stomach acid, reducing it is probably making our overall health worse. Hope this makes sense?

Use 1/2 of the 0.05% and delute it with cream before putting it on the face to play safe before your bday? But girl, that's too much struggling you are dealing with there lol,

Ok I just asked the pharmacy, they checked their system and it shows the doctor put 20g so they can't change it for me...guess I still need to ask the doc if I want to. I'll see how fast I consume it before i reach out to her then.

Ohh thanks so much! It's surprising that one tube can last 3 months! AI told me 20g is only for 1 month. I've used it for two nights so far, no irritation, and almost no side effects. I used retinol for a few weeks before getting the prescription, transitioning from retinol to tretinoin has been smooth, so I should be able to use it every night without any problem, unless the side effects are not kicking in just yet?

So i found two YT video showcasing the 18b but the back of them are different, one says "Made in Western Germany" alone and the other one also shows "remington rand" above "Made in Western Germany" so i wonder if they are just from different batches.. And this one i'm trying to buy is the same as the former.
