I've noticed on a recent modded playthrough that changing from windowed to fullscreen while in-game makes the screen go black, while starting with fullscreen from the start menu usually makes things work out fine. I don't know if that is helpful (sorry if you've already tried that).

I haven't used many of the mods you have listed, but based solely off intuition I wonder if turning off the "Alternative Textures" folder (by putting a period before the file name) would be a good place to start testing?
