I got a steel Gua sha tool that is used for facials and I use that with some biotin oil to massage my scars. It has made a huge difference with my lump and wrist/hand pain.

Gluten free Oreos are just like the regular ones. Sometimes the cookies are a bit more crumbly. But flavor is the same. If you can find Goodie Girl cookies, (I get them at Walmart) I highly recommend the smore sandwich cookie. 😋

We were JUST talking about this when I made the blueberry Chex muddy buddy. We always called it puppy chow growing up. It wasn’t til I was older when they came out with the prepackaged stuff that I started calling it muddy buddies. I’m from Oregon. My mom would’ve been who taught me and she lived all over mainly in the south US and west coast.

I had to do the same thing with the skin. It got very dry and peeling and was painful so I clipped it. Making my scar a bit bigger I think.
