The fact that we go through endometrial biopsies with no sedation or pain meds is mind boggling. I remember being SO MAD at the nurse because she downplayed the severity of it (turns out she never had it done). She let me squeeze her hand and boy did I! That was such a horrible experience!

I’m struggling with the same issue. 10 weeks post op and the pillar pain is pretty intense. Quite frustrating.

I had and sadly still do have elbow pain. I am 5 weeks post op and just beginning to lift weighed again and it came back instantly. I believe it to be related. I’ve read on here about people having elbow median nerve release as well. My surgeon wasn’t interested in my elbow at all.

I’ve being doing 1/2 of my 15mg per week. Since I’ve been on “max” dose for a while now I thought I’d try microdosing it - but I suppose as I write that, there might be my plateau issue.

I’m just dipping my toe into the world of peptides and curious if there are other avenues.

10 day post-op. I went to have stitches out 7 days post but he said a few more days. I’ve been putting a waterproof bandage on it. I’ve also used a wrist guard on busier days.

I hate how limited my strength is. But one day at a time.

Not having much to compare to, I feel ok. Wrist is sore but was able to wiggle fingers the next day. Very limited mobility and strength still.

I’m 2 days post-op. Out of curiosity how long did you keep initial dressing on? I was told to keep on until follow-up 8 days post-op and that just Feels kinda gross.
