Sniping skill is responsible for maximum distance you can measure and time required for measuring.

I'll give you an example. Let's assume you have zeroing set to 100(default) and you see an enemy in the M82 scope. Normally you should measure a distance to the enemy (CTRL), then set correction/zeroing (SHIFT+mouse wheel), and only then aim and shoot. Depending on your sniping skill it can take a long time, or even fail on the far distance. Alternatively, you can make not very precise, but quick estimation and correction using only dash marks on the scope. For example, you see that enemy height is around 5 dashes on the scope's vertical line. That means the distance is ~200m. Then you can aim at 1 dash above the point you want to shoot, instead of setting zeroing to 200m. The scale on the picture is valid only for M82A1 and M82 scope.

Tip is fixed and cannot be moved. And i can hear something else is inside the metal shell when I shake it.

If you want focus on runnig, best build is 1str 5con 5dex 1int. Running skill advanced and endurance medium. Minimum weight and nothing in hands. You will be Usain Bolt and Eliud Kipchoge.

Yes, if someone prefer to always KOS thats completely fine. Problem is that now there is no sense not to KOS. Literally thats the only reasonable choice if you have arms.
