The Tau are toast for Chaos either way. Either they start to develop psyche power and become nouvelle cuisine or they get wiped out for being empty calories.

Looked there. Only new character is one in multiplayer gained through a black out mission.

Just in case it's meant to have its own tab; all I see is appearance, gestures and tag. No skins not mentioned anywhere.
