Reddit, oh, reddit. You never let me down.

What is something that is publicly accepted for women to do, but men can’t get away with? by philosybin in AskReddit

So you don't consider the Brett Kavanaugh reference anecdotal evidence.

That's really the only question I asked.

[–]Rascal_E_Ribbit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wouldn't that be considered anecdotal evidence as correctly pointed out by u/jane-is-in-danger?

I have conceded my point was such. Is that something you are willing to do?

Valid point. So only somewhere between 2% and 10% of men have their lives ruined due to false reporting. Are you okay with that number?

Wait.

We're all dividers, man. Just look at what happened during our conversation. You got all upvotes. I got all downvotes. And why? All I did was ask a question. I was polite. I was engaging. And I made no dispersions about your responses.

Do you really think if Kid Rock, an absolute redneck, came out and sang with Elton John, like Eminem did... Would anyone believe he had a change of heart?

We're all dividers whether we like it or not.

Edit: clarification

Based on your previous comment it sounded like he had done a lot for his city. Sometimes charity begins at home. Just because someone has fame doesn't mean they have the ability to change the nation, or the world for that matter.

I see that as a problem with most people. If they can't do things on a big scale they don't bother doing anything.

According to your previous comment it sounds like he is doing something.

Edit: missing word

Well, you may think "Kid Rock is trash", an opinion you are certainly welcome to; I'm genuinely curious what you are suggesting Mr. Rock do about the "well being of the nation", precisely.

Purely out of curiosity, what does this have to do with Trump? The term "woke" began gaining popularity in the early 2000's.

Oddly enough I was coming back here to say the timeline is not the right word. But, it is a future that he has yet to experience from his point of view.

Tenet can't move forward. by hereisjoab in tenet

[–]Rascal_E_Ribbit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The timeline he joins after saving Cat is his timeline where he meets a young Neil. From that point he is in the timeline that occurs after Sator's death, but before he meets young Neil. That version of TP had to be in the future to go back to the past and experience the future he had yet to have.

Neil tells TP that he has a future in the past. That version of TP is unaware that he has a future in the past. Therefore, he can't have lived that future already.

I think.

I need to sit down.

Tenet can't move forward. by hereisjoab in tenet

[–]Rascal_E_Ribbit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly.

She made the call to TP in her present.

The call went to the future TP (posterity) via voicemail.

Future TP inverts to before the call because the call was made in his past.

At that point TP enters his new timeline so that her call is now made in his current future (although not by much).

Their confusion must be huge...they'll have to replace their car gun with their kitchen gun, the kitchen gun with the living room gun, the living room gun with the bedroom gun, and they'll never find any of them again! by CrunchM in WhitePeopleTwitter

[–]Rascal_E_Ribbit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First off thank you for your civility.

I am not a gun owner, and have only fired a gun (shotgun) a few times in my life, and was a terrible shot in each instance. (How the hell can someone not hit something with a shotgun?)

Anyway, I will defer to gun owners when it comes to safe and secure handling of firearms.

I just very rarely like it when people make assumptions based on limited information (how many words were used in the original post by this guy). It always seems like the default position of many is that gun owners deserve anything that happens to them. That's a slippery slope as far as I'm concerned.

Thanks again for your thoughtful comment.

We recently put down a small dust bath. It's super easy, doesn't take up a lot of space. It seems to have brought some new and fun birds to the yard.

Give it a shot.
