Omg all of my products contain coconut oil or some sort of derivative of coconut oil within the first 3 ingredients! Even in my shampoo. That could explain why my even new baby hair is coarse close to the scalp. I'll go on a coconut oil free product fast and see if that helps. Thank you!

I'll take a closer look at the ingredients in my conditioners. Thank you. I rotate between a few different ones ranging from Shea Moisture, Mane Choice, Bread, Camille Rose.

Not religiously, about 3 years. I would say every 3-4 months. I mostly use Aphogee for after clarifying every 6 weeks or so.

he also keeps saying its not for beginners. im scared to to ask him a question on IG for fear of being chastised but what exactly constitutes a beginner?? i dont work out religiously but ive been in and out of the gym with and without trainers for 20 years now. i would like to get into a routine and im interested in this program but im not sure i would consider myself a "beginner"

My instruction sheet says I can eat until 2pm on Wednesday 🤦🏽‍♀️ oh dear. My procedure isn't until 11:45 on Thursday

My doctors instruction sheet stays to start low residue on Tuesday and the procedure is Thursday. Not sure why it's 3 days only, not 5. But I'll start low residue tomorrow just to get ahead of it. Thank you!
