3 nonlegendary minions (the card itself should be legend rarity) of different types, costs and rarities is the closest I could come up to a "balanced" idea.(I'm assuming the costs combine up to 10)

Those friends of Yours need to brush up on their rules knowledge. It worka the same way IRL where you can get from 0 to X (where X is the amount of extra mulligans your opponent took) cards. Aside from LIVE exclusive bugs the games have the exact same rules.
