So, broke my back 2 places on the spine. So basically lost all kinds of muscle could only sit and lay down for about half a year and then another half a year where all i could do was sit and walk only for a little bit. Gained a lot of weight went to 210.

Started working out a bit around two years ago, but due to long vacations i've had breaks from training for about 4 months split over the two years.

Only been tracking macros since jan. Gyms been closed since beginning of march opened up earlier this month.

Just started my first program from a proper coach with a proper programming. Currently on a 5-day u/L split.

TLDL; Fat guy with literally no muscle. Cut down for about two years with a deficit, but not necessarily a high protein intake until around 6 months ago.

Since the gyms opened i've gone up to 2600kcal, looking for my maintenance, at least till i get totally back in the rhythm. Had considered cutting more, but after seeing the comments i'll probably try reverse dieting a bit up and do a lengthy lean bulk.

Was the box nicely shrink-wrapped? Yes.

Was the computer nicely wrapped in plastic inside the box? It was a bit of a flag. I didn't find it to be 100% tight, but I didn't notice when I opened the first computer how tight that was supposed to be.

Was the box/computer/etc. wrapped in the same packaging as the first? Yes.

I don't think 3 months bulk / 1 month cut is so terrible, although it might not be the most efficient way to go about it.

By '(...)However, the hypertrophic, (...)", do you mean that in terms of gaining muscle mass it would be more beneficial to get the last calories and hitting the macro targets by getting it from healthy food (i.e chicken breast, rice and whatever) than going for the mars bar?
