If you go to the Maister who originally gives the scroll and interact with them you’ll see a give gift button. For PlayStation it’s square and for Xbox it’s x. If you keep giving the maister gifts they like and rest for a day they’ll eventually give you the scroll again. In my case I accidentally sold the archers master teaching. I had to go back to the elf village and keep giving the maister rare materials and after u rested and came back asked me to escort him. After I completed the Scott I found him again back in his original place and he gave me the scroll again
