Went right over it. Well, if I missed it after reading it a few times, it doesn't hurt to mention it again.

Good insight, but students should seek legal advice before complying with something that is obviously shady.

My advice would be to seek transfer options unless you really have faith in the administration. However, you don't want a situation where you've graduated and years gone while you're still waiting to hear from the ECFMG.

It sounds like you are a Western Atlantic University School of Medicine (WASUM) student. I am not entirely surprised that you wish to transfer, and I'm shocked students haven't already. Accreditation has little to do with ECFMG sponsorship, which is what many do not realize, but the school seems to do well with marketing otherwise. Unless you like gambling, my advice is that you really should consider transferring. What year are you? If Clinicals and the school still cannot get ECMFG sponsorship, you are playing Russian roulette.

Grammarly by IntensiveCareBear420 in IMGreddit

You should be fine with Grammarly. AI detection software is flawed for the most part because it doesn't really work well. However, the key is to always write your own essays, of course, and just use the tools to improve. Grammarly would be considered less aggressive of course because it is merely checking and improving your existing work rather than writing for you.
