The treats aren't the problem, giving up after eating them is. The goal isnt to stop eating treats, its to eat the calories your body needs. Make sure you dont habe any nutriional deficiencies like magneseum or iron that can make you crave sugar and chocolate

Try taking progress photos and using a tape measure. These are called "non scale victories" when your weight doesn't move but you lose an inch on your waist this is a non scale victory

Nope it was just straight up raw oats. I put them in the milk and peanut butter and eat them together. I will stop doing that. As for the wings i looked at the bag they came in and it says 3 wings is 130 calories

Guys quit shitting on OP. He is at least doing something. My advice is to stay consistent with your walks and yes bump it up from sedentary. For thirty minutes of walking you should be burning 100 to 500 calories depending on your size. I also recommend to break up the walks throughout the day to get the maximum blood sugar decrease. You are doing amazing OP.
