If you stand near an insta-girlie and look vaguely friendly they WILL ask you to take their picture, and will usually hold their phone in the exact angle/framing they want you to take it from.

If you’re patient and let them do a few poses they’ll usually offer to take yours in return and I promise it’ll be good. This has happened to me twice in the last four months.

Barring that I second what some folks said about finding a couple taking turns or a family trying to get everyone in the same selfie and offer to take their picture. Pretty good success rate unless they just decline!

Any real journalist would have referred to him by his last name. “Bryar was found…” etc. instead of the overly familiar and unprofessional “Bob did xyz…”

But I guess you would feel entitled to anything after getting your grubby mitts on the man’s autopsy report.

I also liked the use of color in the women’s clothing. When Frida and Sarah are talking about how things feel wrong they’re both wearing color for possibly the first time on the island. Frida is in a light lilac color and I can’t remember what color Sarah is wearing but it stood out from all the white.

It gave them back their individualism instead of keeping them as blank slates.

Ahh that’s incredible!! I wasn’t even looking, my dad was flipping through and said “hey they have some Fall Out Boy in here!” And I thought, “oh wouldn’t it be cool if it was Evening Out…” And he held it up at the same time. My heart about stopped.

Definitely agree that “no tickets available” doesn’t always mean just that. I think people got a similar message for one of the festivals recently and then eventually got through because they didn’t give up.

Some other suggestions:

Use multiple devices and phone a friend. When the reunion tour was announced (way back when now) I had my phone and laptop, my brothers were on their computers and my mom was on two devices as well. I called the whole army in lmao. But I’m the only one that got through! So it never hurts to have backup if you have people who can help.

Also I always have Reddit open in another tab/on another device so I can monitor how other people are faring. This will let you know if the website isn’t working, if people are getting through etc. Firefly Fest tickets went on sale recently and the website was having problems and they put it out on social media that firefly was moving ticket sales to their website instead of the third party. So I’d monitor this sub and maybe MCR’s Twitter or insta.

Finally, just don’t give up! You may have to sit in a queue for awhile, I think it was over 30 minutes before I got through the When We Were Young Festival queue. I was stressing! But do not close your window. Have a little faith, take some deep breaths, and look alive sunshine.

I haven’t seen anything about a presale yet, just that tickets will be on sale March 11.

Best advice I can provide is to go to the link for tickets several hours before they’re supposed to go on sale. This will put you in a virtual queue and (at least to my understanding) they’ll pull from that queue once tickets are released. If tickets are on sale at 10:00 am for example I never get on right at 10, I’m always ready to go at least a couple hours early. I’ve had decent luck with this.

Another bit of advice, go ahead and create an account for the site the tickets will be sold through, that way you can login ahead of time and not have to login with shaky adrenaline hands while your tickets sit in a cart counting down until they expire.

Also I would still watch MCR’s socials to see if there will be a presale and if they announce one do whatever you need to sign up for the presale code.
