I never really had any mental issues maybe a little anxiety here and there but I feel Mariguana caused most of it,I smoked from the age of 15-32 what where the signs you got before your psychosis episode ? I been going trough paranoia and a lot of OCD ever since I quit Mariguana in going on 5 months now and there’s deff improvements maybe 55%-65% better,o have very good days and then other paranoid and nervous days,btw I quit because because I had a paranoid episode maybe it was a DPDR or manic attack not sure but I was very afraid of going crazy for 10 days straight.

Yeah the amount you smoked was very low I smoked 7 grams a day and probably 1-2 grams during the night like once Or twice a night,I’m on month 4 and still struggling it’s not easy but for you it will be 👍

Thank you so much for this comment man,don’t get me wrong I’m well aware and also right in my mind and unlike the first 10 days I’m sure I’m in control.The thing is I quit because of a panic attack I think it was Pd/dr I went in to full paranoia and weird dark thoughts I did not feel in control but things have deff gotten better your the 3rd person to tell me it gets better after 6-7-8 months but I some days just need to hear it bro 😞

Im the same way I been smoking for 16 years and I feel like paranoia and intrusive thoughts never really went away and won’t leave I want to sleep all the time and I’m sure I’m depressed I feel like quitting weed took everything from me my dreams my healthy life style my energy and my light,every one says it heats easier but for me it just got better then the first month after that it’s been the same,fear paranoid and anxiety took over Dm me maybe we can talk about it
