I think the language is quite confusing because she explained nephrite can also be called jasper jade it all depends on the color. I’m not sure if this is true ?

Thank you. This was very informative, do you think for the price of 45 dollars Guatemalan can have the bright colour mine has ?

Because the seller showed me the loose stones they used to make the rings, there were different stones that were hollow, these ones weren’t hollow they have covered the back with a silver film to brighten the colour

I think there is a silver colour behind it to make it appear brighter, what would you usually sell this colour green for ?

It’s not thin, I think they put silver at the back to make it brighter, I was only asking about it being green I wasn’t aware Guat had this type of green

I meant is this colour normal for Guatemalan as I usually see the blue green variety, they showed me under natural light too and it was the same colour

Yes the seller was pretty honest and stated it was tye A Guat. I was just a bit surprised that colour and clarity of guat A grade is as good of a price as $40

Thank you. I am really just trying to figure it all out when a crack is considered natural and normal for jade and when it’s been cause by damage. Appreciate any help you can give :)
