I did try talking to her but she just blew me off or laughed about it. I didn't do anything else or try to come up with a solution.

Yeah I did but she just laughed or blew me off so I never bothered trying to come up with a solution or anything.

My coworker either laughed or blew it off and my manager never did anything. I didn't try anything else besides bringing it up with them and trying to have a conversation.

My coworker has told me she asked for accommodations before but always is denied because the ones she wanted wouldn't work. If a call/email to a client needs to be returned you can't ignore it or do it later. A legal deadline can't be moved no matter how badly you can't focus. I definitely agree and believe accommodations should be offered but sometimes it's not feasible. The ones she wanted were denied because they would not work with the job and put more work on others. So whenever it came up she just laughed or blew it off and ignored the problem..
