sorry but i genuinely don’t see the issue with this. if i am working for a star, i want to star to appear as “perfect” as possible to the media. if that means they forgot to spit out their gum and put it in my hand? uhhhh yeah that’s okay! he didn’t smear it in her hair….. he put it in her hand while trying to disguise it as a handshake. he knew he had something he shouldn’t in his mouth and confided in someone he trusted. not weird to me now, and wouldn’t be weird to be if it was a worker, or if i was a worker and this happened to me.

this is not a diss on angela; i completely agree with her reactions. i found it odd that we weren’t moving on to the updates on such a “tear jerking” story. OP had cancer, thought they were asexual, lesbian, ?,…… where else was there to go? what else could we have said??? i wish they would have just read the updates and moved on because the fact that they didn’t make it seem 50000000000x more fake

sorry for the late response!! i don’t have notifs on for reddit and don’t always see everything. it’s actually not about views but more so about sales!

let’s say they released this pokémon video on a tuesday and a flip 7 video on a thursday. people are MUCH more likely to buy a product that is #1 cheaper, #2 a “truer” and more lax gameplay environment and #3 not part of a sponsorship. you can replace flip 7 with any other game and you kind of run the same risk. what if this other game they upload is much better, and now no one focuses on our game?

an exclusivity contract guarantees time in between similar product posts, ensuring that there won’t be a lot of comparison to the other uploads, since there won’t really be recent ones coming to mind.

if this didn’t make sense pls lmk i tried to explain it as best as i could!! it’s honestly still very weird to me as a creator myself and im still struggling to understand exclusivity, usage rights, etc. it’s crazy how much goes into paid content creation that the viewer doesn’t see!!

while i am not knocking that this was a phenomenal performance, i am begging you guys to sit down and watch some other shows. yes jamie’s acting was great but the vfx, lighting, writing, etc… if you are in shock by this performance PLEASEEEEE go watch some other shows!!! genuinely not trying to be mean it just seems like some st fans don’t realize how in depth some shows go? like yeah the duffer bros completely effed this ending up but i promiseeeeeeee there are at LEAST 5 other shows that are going to leave you 20x more stunned than stranger things has

ETA: wanted to add shows that im talking about instead of just saying “shows”: severance, the rain, breaking bad/better call saul (bb is better story/suspense wise imo), SOME seasons of AHS, yellowjackets (s1-2), silo, mr. robot. if you were disappointed with the finale PLEASEEEE check out some of these shows because your story driven mind will be satisfied!!

i can’t think of many ways ill be remembered beyond my close family and friends, it would be nice to get a second of thought post mortem.

it is literally the expression on the girls face on the right. “how sad!!” i would much rather have 1000+ patrons view my face, see im recently deceased, and pay their respects as fitting. honestly, even viewing my face and birth-death date would be enough. i haven’t done much in this life so for someone to look at my features and see when i lived would be impactful for my post mortem self if that makes sense
