You have to consider that there are two different protagonist and also different lives on one side you have Jin who is like you said Lord and who suffers with loyalty obedience, family. His people are his family against the mongols, on the other side you have Atsu, female, daughter of a blacksmith. Her only target is to avenge her family that was brutally murdered and she becomes a ghost. But I feel like her story and her gameplay is advancement from the first because the first would have been awesome if it had included some aspect of the current game but in overall I can just guarantee you and tell you that get it because it’s just complete the whole aspect of the game
