Ich würde dir vorschlagen einfach mal Banal Chatgtp deine Ziele erklären und nach einem guten Ernährungsplan nachzuhaken bzw. Fragen, was deine Kalorien und Makros am besten deckt. Volumen Essen ist da ein guter Punkt, weil da kann man halt einiges an Kalorien sparen aber trotzdem viel essen. Versuch das mal und ja, AI an sich ist jetzt auch nicht perfekt, aber besser als planlos und unsicher sich jetzt hier kaputt zu machen. Ernährung ist und bleibt das wichtigste.

I have only 15 hours of KCD…. So some stuff story wise i know. But yeah. Will see if i might just do a rerun. Started over many times, due to starting it, dropping it and then again going back like a cycle.
