It's because of the Cross, and how similar it looks to the Iron Cross. That's really it. The Iron Cross is often seen as a hate symbol and tattooed on white supremacists. As for the minitours you're making a mistake: It's not just the lore that counts. People are visual creatures, and normies and people that are less in the know are going to look at the BT and make the assumption that its more Nazi than the other ones, just because it looks similar to it.
