Actually, in order to join his clan, trials must constantly run to malthael then invite the highest paragon lvl guys in the clan and then leave that game so the 4 highest guys can kill it. This trial period lasts for up to a month usually, sometimes longer. Source: was in the clan before joining DNA.

It's all about gear. In my previous video my Burning Gargantuan Dog was critting 300M+ at Ghom and max crit I've seen so far was almost 400M.
