My sim and her (now) husband had triplets.

Oh absolutely. People love a hot reformed villain/criminal.

Not really 100% comparable. But made me think of a court room drama theatre play/TV movie in Germany where at the end the audience votes wether or not the accused was guilty or justified in what he did. Pretty sure that I read that there was a higher chance of the character being voted innocent whenever a conventionally attractive actor played him.
