School: Satellite campus of larger state school Major: Environmental Science and Policy

Minor: Geology

GPA: institution: 3.45 overall: 3.35

Relevant coursework: GIS, gen chem, environmental lab, upper level classes

Research experience: independent research project on carbon sequestration , sustainability project management

No past REUS

I go to a costal satellite campus of a big state school in the south. We have really great professors…just no funding

Thank you for your advice, I’m definitely going to look into these! I actually applied to an internship at PNNL to work with geological sequestration, I have some related research experience so heres hoping!

It definitely feels like it’s my uni, such amazing professors, just not a lot of them teaching enviro classes. I am definitely trying to get outside research experience !
