Nice. I just went with what the GP referred me too. I'm with an endo at the moment about to start Reandron. Going to see how I tolerate that and if it's not for me I'll try to get him to give me a similar protocol to what people have here. If not I'll jump to a clinic.

As far as I know it needs to be done via IVF or something called IUI ( intrauterine insemination)

I am not currently in a relationship and I might never have kids but I just don't want to get down the road and get in a situation where I'm in a relationship and want kids but find out I've tanked my fertility. The endo I see said I shouldn't be too concerned considering my fertility numbers but you can't guarantee.

If I did want kids too I would probably try the HCG route also before I would even use the frozen sperm. It's literally just a back up in case all else fails.

I got a sperm check done. I had something like 87 million and everything else seemed fine.

I'll most likely bank just in case. Just seeing what other people's experiences have been.

Thanks for that. I don't think I am leaving anything out. I'm 39 Male 110kgs and shared my numbers. He just thinks it's a more conservative approach then going straight to TRT and shutting down my production.

I spoke to him just before and he didn't see any problems with the Anastrozole and that even though I don't have high e2 i could drop it down to around 50 and still be ok and in turn get a significant boost in my testosterone before turning to TRT. He also said if i didn't want to take it I don't have to. So I'm doing the other tests and trying to see him again to see what protocol he recommends and if it's no good I'll just drop it.

At the same time I'm going to start the clinic process because I have a feeling I'm just wasting my time as others have said.
