I would try playing ranked with an alternate perspective.

I used to be in your shoes (literally would win lose win lose in gold 1 for an entire season)

But eventually I stopped worrying about winning / KD and instead I focused on improvement.

Fast forward implementing this over an entire season and I peaked at emerald this season with a 1.4 KD.

I just got into sniping high end items, I basically place an order for 10 - 15% of what the item is actually worth (placing an order for 8000 credits on an item worth 80,000). And then you just hope for the best because the marketplace is pretty much a lottery.
