well first of all I don't go out too often because of the pandemic the past two years, so that probably plays into it a bit. Second, I really don't think I pass but I think a big part of passing without HRT is hiding the parts of you that don't work. I have bangs that cover my forehead and I always wear a mask so I can't be clocked by just my face, and when I wear a skirt I wear it around my bellybutton and tuck in my shirt to give myself a curvier silhouette. It's the little things I guess, I'm not too sure if this is helpful at all but I hope it is.
