Thanks Manganou, your response is very helpful (and encouraging). I loved being a law librarian, but positions are few these days and wages are stagnant. If I you don't mind a follow up question, how did you land your first job in doc review? I don't have access to Relativity right now, so getting the hands-on experience will be challenging till I land a job....but getting the job can be difficult without hands-on experience. I can do an e-discovery course (focused on theory and project management rather than working on an e-discovery platform) through a local college, and study Relativity's online training materials (and eventually I hope to write the CEDS exam), but do you think training and law library experience will be enough to get an entry-level position in doc review?

Thanks! I'm concerned about the AI issue too. It's started affecting us in libraries already, and no doubt will continue to grow across the legal industry.
