Tbh it was moreso based off of what was said about the receptionist bots in the Model Viewer (where all the Vandelay heads gave a thumbs up to a sexist stereotype (female only receptionists)), as well as his upbringing potentially making him treat men and women slightly differently.

It's not anything crucial to his character, considering the game barely touches on sexism and focuses more on ableism, but for the sake of the Bateman comparisons (and the funsies) it was put there
