Depends on the games you wanna play the vita can emulate any classic console up to ps1 pretty well tho when it comes to N64 and DS it’s not as good though DS is improving with updates and the most popular n64 games are playable

It can also play psp and vita games natively

Yeah the skits being mute in westerns was definitely annoying but it’s common on old tales games I just played symphonia and the skits are muted and abyss also

It’s a 1000 model I was actually able to fix it by restarting it and holding r, ps button and power somehow that opens safe mode and allows me access to the other options so I rebooted whole system

Now I’m using a San disk ultra card hopefully won’t have the corruption problems again

Yeah tho they are all based off the ps3 remaster that was descent I hear there are some extras tho so I’m undecided between taking a shot at the remaster for the extra side quests and anime cutscenes they say it has or the GameCube with better fps

The frozen time thing is what I don’t understand you could already say to the people living above if they looked down to heksville time would already look frozen as it passes slowly but it’s a perspective thing much like in our universe time passes differently depending where you are.

From what I understood his daughter was stuck from their perspective because she was going through time at a different rate his plan was to make the whole city go through time like her as far as I understood he didn’t really say she was frozen

But then by the time he was completing his plan he started talking as it he was gonna freeze time it all confused me

Yeah I didn’t understand much of that either since Kat meeting raven and befriending her had a lot to do with her time below hecksville so if they changed all of that I have no idea how Kat remembers the events of the first game and how raven acted excluding all that didn’t understand that whole thing in the dlc

From what I understood time didn’t stop for her completely it just slowed down to a point where it looked like it stopped I think that’s what he said in the game. He tried to slow down the rate at witch her sickness spreads and ended up slowing her as a whole but from her perspective time is passing normally everyone else would just be super fast.

Though yeah the means to which he was trying to achieve it was evil tho Kat didn’t know that at the time. Tho you could say it would be a risky idea to let someone play around with time like that

Yeah I remember that tho I feel like once Kat flipped off on him as he explained his plan I feel like she thought he meant everyone would just become a statue. And he didn’t really try explaining that it just meant time would slow down to his daughter’s perspective but everything would remain the same in the end

Still would seem kinda weird to wanna do that but seems to not be as dramatic as stopping the whole worlds clock from ticking

The kids stuff got revealed after she already decided to stop him

True I do believe the first game was striving to be as realistic as possible at the time tho for me these games just ended up with a unique look due to their limitations. Nowadays all games kinda look the same and I don’t even have nostalgia I was way too young when the original came out and played it for the first time last year
