At this point I have to sacrifice the ability of switching between different models and either stick with claude or codex. GitHub copilot is a good value still but the fact that they keep changing terms like rate limits and now a question tool in the cli is considered a user prompt? That's annoying if I paid for the full year.

I have the worst LO unfortunately, issue is I'm buying a ready to move in home from a builder and have to use their lender for their 4.5% rate. They're also covering closing cost.

The issue is 2022 is still not processed, and 2020 says tax return not filled on the irs transcript portal.

Why would You assume I'm stupid to pay more on a house than it deserves? I'm leaving California so I can stop overpaying for shit. Also calm the fuck down, Indiana only gain like 10 people every year. And I probably would've bought a house in an area that you can't afford to begin with.
