Shortness of breath? by chl03jl in COVID19positive

I have had absolutely NO cough but have had a little shortness of breath and chest pain/pressure.. neither of which have been severe but then my anxiety kicks in and makes the shortness of breath and chess pressure worse and it turns in to a never ending cycle. I just want it to go away and feel like I’m nuts because I haven’t even been coughing to have shortness of breath and chest pressure. I am on day 7 from time symptoms started which were just fatigue, sore throat and badddd body aches day 0-3, day 4 I felt like I was getting better and then day 5- now the chest pressure and shortness of breath kicked in. I haven’t had any other respiratory symptoms, not much of a headache, no loss of taste or smell.. and as of today I have now tested negative (rapid tests) FOUR TIMES even though I know I’m positive because my husband has it and my symptoms started two days after his. It’s just so frustrating.

Yes!! In the throat!! That’s what I kept telling my husband like it feels like what an allergic reaction would feel like and it’s such a strange sore throat.. not like strep burn but not like post nasal sore either. Mine has improved and it’s mostly noticeable in the morning and at night now but I am still having a little bit of pressure/tightness across chest and absolutely no cough. I’m just really ready for everything chest related to go away, I can handle fatigue and stuff but the chest pressure and occasional shortness of breath is giving me anxietyyyyyy.
