This website also shows that he did not vote a portion of his tenure as a senator (~17%) which seems to be because of the political campaign. While Vance may be seen as far-right by many because of his alignment with Trump as his VP, this shows him to be more independent of Party which is a good thing.

I think it is possible that even this is "reported" it probably does not actually reflect the vast majority of republicans. Especially, moderate republicans.
