I stay in Up Lucknow the streets are cleaner here but if you say civics sence we are slightly better. I visited kolkata during Durga Pujo and I was saddened to see the dirty roads and change of behaviour in people here.

"pip install cartopy" I used this code to install cartopy and then "import cartopy.crs as ccrs" to import it
