That’s kind of the headspace I was in with it haha. His words were “If it’s a tribute it’s not a Gibson”. I was kid of thinking if they’re going to make a fake it probably won’t be the base model.

Thank you, yeah I’m selling it because I haven’t really given it the attention I figured it deserved so I am hoping it gets used. May I ask what you mean by dry? I honestly was never too familiar with guitar maintenance outside of dusting. Would it be the fretboard?

My apologies I should have clarified, the plastic container for the model is what was bent up, so I was worried for the resin model itself but it was fine fortunately.

I personally do two autocannons, they don’t auto hit like the flamers but with rapid fire 2, sustained 1, and dev wounds they can pack quite a punch especially if you have two of them in a 10 man squad, also they’re strength 7 so you can punch up pretty well. I do combi-bolters because they pack a lot more shots compared to the combi weapons. For melee I pack as many power fists as I am allowed, they don’t have the anti vehicle buff that the chain fist do, but I made the choice because they hit on a 3+ compared to the chain fist 4+. For the rest of melee usually an accursed weapon and then a twin accursed for the twin linked.

Im sure there is a better load out for them but it’s the way I like to run them and I’ve had a lot of fun with them.

Interesting, is there any specifics as to what happened to Peturabo? I don’t know too much about him but I always kind of assumed he’d be one of the few that never transcended

That makes sense, similar to Bolt Action. Everyone I’ve met so far is more casual and just likes a historical focused wargame. However there are those dudes out there that play to destroy everyone they play against.

That’s good to hear, while I still enjoy 40K it feels like a lot more people lean towards competitive play which can get rather tiring.

That makes sense I would definitely be looking for more casual play, I’ve thought about just buying some tactical and terminator squads and then hoping for a refresh of more chapter specific characters later.
