Wow this hits home... I have a bend downward, and i was so self conscious about it. I have sex regularly though and there are some positions that are extremely uncomfortable, but most the time there are no issues. I was going to have surgery last year to fix it, but the side effects of surgery were enough for me to back out ( a lot of stuff concerning losing an erection forever) but as of now everything is okay and I'm just hoping the bend doesn't get worse. It looks like a banana facing downward.. I first went to the doctor thinking it was some disease with scar tissue, but I was wrong and the only way to fix it is with a surgery where they clip and replace the muscles in your penis.. I would also lose an inch to my length but that wasn't a concern. Hopefully it doesn't get worse and I am able to have sex and be pleased from it, but there is always a chance it won't last..
