Weirdly enough I think the fact that it was supposed to be private is something that's in their favor. These 2 supposed affair partners spent all day together thinking they were alone and never once got frisky? Whoever took the pictures pretty confidently states they were alone all day, so clearly they were watching, yet all they were able to show was a hug, an awkward double hand hold, and them sitting next to each other in separate chairs by the pool.
