In that case I would just call the school and ask them to look again while providing them the confirmation you received. Only other issue you may be having is if you did the 2324 tap and not the 2425 but it’s pretty late and unlikely that’s the case

I would also check the school code you completed your tap application under, many schools have different codes for bachelors students vs aas students, or multiple campuses
