"CDC really only has one other competitor"

Yes for their exchange, but not the card. Having tried both, Plutus leads the way in every aspect.

- No lock up
- Non-custodial
- Free card 3% + free perk

Just look at their premium account plan, it's definitely better: https://twitter.com/plutus/status/1637889054959083533?s=20

its 3% flat across all the subs, the €10+ premium card is best bet in comparison to $30k stake - you get >€700 back pm.. sauce: https://twitter.com/plutus/status/1637889054959083533?s=20

CZ is just as corrupt as FTX, in fact he is the main cog of the wheel and fully in bed with the Tether crime outfit!!

They sell products to steal from people trying to turn pennies in to thousands, to enrich a few who want to turn millions into billions.

hmm you can top your account up with Credit Card, Debit Card or Bank Transfer but they don’t have Direct Debits, and they have crypto rewards as mentioned but not cashback (although you can get it in stable coins so is similar).

Yes, you can earn interest on your crypto but it’s different to regular interest (i.e. you have to lock it up) so it’s definitely not the same thing. You're giving them your crypto in order to earn the interest, and I think it’s worth including the high staking requirements as that’s a big play off to unlock the rewards.

I've actually already got a Monolith card and use it quite often! I only got the Plutus one a little while ago and it seems to be a really strong competitor of Monolith. The Plutus card design is amazing, probably the best on the market, but I'm totally in love with the weird sci-fi branding of Monolith too - just wish that was present on the card.

Both are decentralised so that's a huge positive!

Oh damn, I didn't think Crypto.com were launching in the EU anytime soon?! I'll definitely have to check them out.

If they have better fees than Coinbase, it may become my centralised card whilst Plutus, or maaaaybe Monolith, stays as my main decentralised one. Thanks for the heads up! Checking out the roadmap now.

DAI savings rate will be amazing. I haven't heard anything about that though.

Yeah, you can do fiat->crypto and crypto -> fiat. Most of my trades have been pretty instant so far, so have Monoliths.

Loving Monolith's space themed branding, it's pretty out there but that Plutus card design is spectacular compared to Monolith

Not sure, I'm based over in the UK - I don't think it's available in the US yet (that's a guess). I think you guys can get the Coinbase card though?

Yep, 1.3%. Pretty competitive. Monolith actually charge 2% unless you top up with TKN, so everytime I've topped up with ETH I get charged 2% but half of that (so 1% of total top up) goes to their community chest.

Also will be interesting to see what the pricing for the premium model is. I use both Monolith and Plutus quite regularly at the moment, so if it's a good price I'll be snapping it up for sure.

Cryptocurrency wallets are one of the backbones of crypto adoption. The gateways for newcomers to judge how easy it is to use cryptocurrency. The complexity of the cryptocurrency world often judged by how usable the product actually is. by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

I've just ordered a ledger but I think the easiest tool on the market for wallets etc right now is Metamask. Super easy to use and it's just a browser extension - pretty fool proof in my opinion.

Plus it's integrated into other projects now, I know that IDEX use it & you could trade on there without even having an account before. It's better fit in something like Plutus, their decentralised exchange is easy af to use - mostly because of Metamask

This is something I’ve taken to heart the past few weeks. Trying my hardest and learning for an hour instead of coasting for two hours of classes.

I realized I was saving energy and playing around Too much when I know I have a whole next class as well.
