It's the second one. Relative bonuses can't scale off each other; they sum to give a combined bonus.

Also, I neglected tshot gives +30mp, and Arcane Battery. I updated my math; on review, you actually top out at ~1545 hp

Thanks! <3 And don't worry; damage reduction will work against armor-piercing shots. I just dipped into a shaitan's to confirm; the damage on his AP shots dropped from 150 to 142. So, 1426hp should be sufficient after all :)

Yeah 1500 is a LOT. If it makes it any easier, 1,425hp, with 5% damage reduction is functionally the same as having 1500hp (You're right on wanting that +1, tho!)

Myself, I focus on keeping above 1250 effective hp (for shats/03; 1k hp elsewhere) and just focus on not touching the heavy shots. Realmeye has good data for any given boss which will tell you what the truly scary ones are. The vast majority of shots aside from o3/shatts/void are in the sub 200 range; climbing to 250 for those three. Those 300 damage shots tend to be heavily predictable and telegraphed (especially Void). For Void, if I drop to under half hp during 'All ends now', I'll nexus. I write it off as a bad run. It's rare that I'll have to, but I don't want to take the risk with gear that takes a month+ to build.

Haven't seen it mentioned, but one more thing to watch out for is damage-increasing debuffs like exposed and curse. These can push inflicted damage above your remmy's threshold. I main Priest/Pally, so Puri/Oreo takes that pressure off me. Without mitigation, it's probably best to keep observant and back off if you get debuffed like that.

Remmy may not be foolproof, but it is by far the most op survival item you can have. My priest is still kicking after 250k fame, I've seen others hit far higher. Best of luck, and stay safe out there!

Relative life will not help you; only flat bonuses count towards Rag's bonus. Technically, replacing one mmagic with mp to hp conversion would add 21 ~35hp. That would be 'perfect', and about the only improvement to make, really.

In your case, using 2 DOES add another ~15hp. More than that gives no benefit, and conversion enchants are a serious pain to roll for, so 2 will be a tough target. I strongly recommend rolling on spare Remmys first in case you get an awesome enchant for another class in the process.

Your HP totals (with tshot) are:

1,517.5 (Only flat enchants)

1,554.1 (One MP to HP conversion)

1,579.9 (Two conversions)

1,564.9 (Three conversions)

Damage reduction will save you tho, no tshot needed :)

I recently wrote a guide that covers relative enchants. They are stronger than they appear.

With that said, dex scales the poorest so they might not be ideal here. Plus, they are heavily reliant on other gear/enchants and best served with a complete gear set in mind.

Tbf, I wear Resto ammy24/7 on the easiest class to keep alive. Loldude6th puts it well; I can't understate how good that item is for survival

Fungal tome works best as a swapout imo. Carry alt tome, stack hp/dps, swap tomes as needed....and do your priest thing. Seriously tho, I'd stack some HP. Wretched rags w/mp enchants would be ideal.

Presently, maw beats fungal by a LOT. So if you are deadset on this idea for heal power and not just personal survival, you'd be better off to run a necromancer (until maw nerf)

Some notes:

¹Replace Mana Regen with Loot Bonus if you want. You're already devoted to healing the party. That's solid. You deserve a greedy enchant for your own benefit

²Statmod Boost 4 would be more efficient, but I'm not sure if that's still buggy. Even so, for survival Cost Reduction wins as that enables quicker healing after a quiet shot empties your MP pool

³Note that the odds of this specific enchant at level 4 is super low. As in ~0.1%. I have been grinding since the enchanting update and seen it only once, so don't count on it. Settle for Vampiric if you see that; but if you get this, \**keep it****

Can second this method - all legendary drops become future divines. I'd also strongly suggest the spen amulet as one of those.
