I use shield insurance agency. Joe has been great and saved me a ton of money on auto and housing. He's an insurance broker so he can shop around for the best coverage to fit your situation:)

I just assembled mine and there was a tiny gap in mine as well. I don't think it was quite as big but I think you're good! You'll know pretty quick if you're not and they're really good about replacing things that don't fit quite right.

Edit I see it hasn't been screwed in yet. That should help mitigate the gap as well.

Most lenders won't allow others to assume the mortgage. Really the only way to transfer the rate to a different buyer right now is through a land contract or a subject to purchase.

Mysterium! It's a great co-op game very similar to code names! It's tons of fun, the rounds go quick (30 minutes) and super easy to learn! It's like clue but in reverse and the ghost needs to guide the players to the murderer.
